The Garden is an artistic urban oasis featuring sculptures made from recycled and reused materials, and rustic furnishings surrounded by park-like landscaping. This multi-tiered outdoor space is curated by the hotel's horticulturist, award-winning landscape designer Rebecca Cole and provides a lush escape above the city streets.

Guests of The James New York can reserve complimentary luxury car service for travel within Manhattan's downtown area. The James New York proudly presents a Hybrid Lexus RX 350H for luxury and comfortable travel anywhere between 14th Street on the north and Wall Street on the south. The service is available Monday through Friday from 7 - 10 a.m. and 4 - 7 p.m. based on availability, cannot be reserved.
