Travel News: Thai Airways has enlisted the services of world-renowned celebrity chef Tommy Tang to create a menu that is equally delicious and nutritious. It will be available on flights from Los Angeles to Bangkok. Tang's new menu also will be presented to passengers on all flights from September through November.
The Tommy Tang signature dishes include grilled Thai tiger prawn with mango salsa; organic mixed baby lettuce with lemongrass vinaigrette dressing; grilled fillet of beef with honey ginger glaze; pad Thai noodles with grilled salmon tamarind glaze; and grilled Thai barbecue chicken with sweet chili sauce; mango crème brulee. Chef Tang's new menu also features breakfast selections and a variety of fresh breads and dessert options.
