The Polo Lounge, Hollywood's most beloved and historic dining institution, has been serving drinks to celebrities and travelers for years and has recently been reopened after a refreshment of its own. Located in The Beverly Hills Hotel – Dorchester Collection, The Polo Lounge was gently renovated by Adam Tihany, who maintained the luxury and history of the 73-year-old space. The signature green and white color scheme has been preserved with new carpets, upholsteries, a hostess stand and revived paneling added on the interior. On the patio, guests will note new flower settings, vintage lamps, Riedel glassware, and new linens. The restaurant will still offer American favorites on the menu, with some new additions as well.
"The Beverly Hills is a dream project. I love this hotel. And it is so important that it continues to respect the spirit of the city," says designer Adam Tihany. "By maintaining much of the Polo Lounge's beloved originality, we have not only kept the connection to the community but also enhanced it," he adds.
