The White House Inn & Spa, a historic
boutique hotel in Napa Valley, California, has reopened its doors this summer. The Inn, which has 17 guestrooms, is in a Victorian mansion that was built in 1886. The accommodations are lavish, as there are in-room fireplaces, spa tubs, flat-screen televisions, and iPod docks in all rooms. There also is a pool and a spa on the property. Each day begins with a complimentary breakfast and concludes with a wine-and-cheese social. It is a welcoming and relaxed setting, according to the Inn’s new management. "It's been an honor to carry on the tradition of warm service and hospitality at the Inn," said Kimberly Fox, innkeeper of the White House Inn & Spa. "In the few weeks since we've been open, guests have given us amazing feedback about the rooms, the location and the welcoming atmosphere."
