The 46-story, New York Baccarat Hotel & Residences will open in New York City in 2014. The new luxury brand is a partnership between Starwood
Capital and NY-based real estate development company Tribeca Associates. The new upscale hotel’s location is just off Fifth Avenue at 20 West 53rd.
The Baccarat Hotel & Residences will have 114 guestrooms, including 26 suites. Additionally, there will be luxury residences with full access to the hotel’s amenities. This is another hotel brand under the direction of Sternlicht and Starwood Capital. Two locations in China are scheduled to open in early 2014. Other locations are planned for the Middle East and Asia.
