The opening of the Park Hyatt Hyderabad adds a new five-star quality hotel to the PH catalog of locations around the world. The new hotel features 185 guestrooms, 24 suites, and 42 luxury apartments for guests. It is the first hotel in Hyderabad to offer fully serviced luxury apartments. The area is a high-tech hub and is one of the richest cities in India. The Park Hyatt Chennai, which opens in the second quarter 2012, will be the company's next hotel to open in India. Peter Fulton, managing director of the Hyatt International in South West Asia, said, “We are proud to expand the Park Hyatt brand presence in India with Park Hyatt Hyderabad, joining Park Hyatt Goa Resort, which will be followed by the opening of Park Hyatt in the second quarter of 2012. These openings are reflective of the thoughtful growth of the brand in destinations that build customer preference. They also add to the growing portfolio of Hyatt hotels in India,” said Peter Fulton, managing director of the Hyatt International in South West Asia.
