The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa will reopen in April 2012. The luxury resort in the Napa Valley has expanded with 165 new guestrooms and an additional 12,500 square feet of conference space. The newly expanded deluxe resort and spa sits on an 11-acre spread at the southern tip of the Napa Valley. Executive Chef Michael Collins presents a local-seasonal cuisine at the onsite Siena Restaurant. Other upgrades at the Meritage include a new café and an outdoor wedding area, an outdoor urban village, and a sports lounge with bowling lanes. The resort’s proximity to the surrounding wineries makes it an ideal location for a wine-tasting vacation.
