Hersha Hospitality Trust will be the new owner and manager of the
Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The announcement was made last week by Hersha, a Philadelphia based real estate investment firm. The 111-room hotel is rated AAA Five Diamond and has been recognized by
Travel+Leisure as both a “Best in Philadelphia” and a “Best Hotels in the World” selection. It is conveniently located in the business and cultural hubs of the city. The luxury hotel in the City of Brotherly Love is also a member of Leading Hotels of the World. It is the home of the Lacroix Restaurant and Bar 210. The Rittenhouse has a full-service spa onsite, the Adolf Biecker Spa and Salon as well as a swimming pool and a fitness center. Hersha Hospitality Trust owns 67 hotels in major urban cities such as New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia.
