The Sofitel Mumbai BKC is the first hotel to open in India for the French luxury hotelier. Located in the center of Mumbai’s business district within the Bandra Kurla Complex, the deluxe hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers. The new upscale property features six restaurants and bars, including the super chic and spacious Bar Diamantaire, which houses India’s first wine tower. A traditional North Indian cuisine is on the menu at Jyran, while artisanal meats, cheeses, and Parisian chocolates L’Artisan — Epicere, Patisserie, Chocolaterie. There are 302 guestrooms, including 31 suites, at the Mumbai BKC, as well as eight meeting rooms and a full ballroom. The luxury hotel and resort also has a fitness and health center that includes an open-air swimming pool. Sofitel plans to add additional locations in India over the upcoming years.
