SLH is giving away a total of 120 nights and £10,000 to at least ten winners. So far, six fortunate contestants have won a total fifty nights at SLH hotels and £3,000 in spending money. Upon entering, a contestant is issued a gold coin, which then grows your chance of winning with each return visit. The size of the prize gets bigger as more coins are collected.

The most recent winner is currently planning an itinerary for a seven-night vacation in various SLH hotels in Northern Europe. Exclusive getaways in Maldives include the Island Hideaway Spa Resort & Marina, a privately owned island in northern section of Maldives, and the Naladhu Maldives Hotel. Another SLH option selected by one of the lucky winners is the JK Place Firenz Hotel in Florence, Italy. Additionally, there are surprise giveaway gifts as well, such as apparel from Monica & Joe London and Marine Pool.

There are several more opportunities to come up a winner in the Gold Coin Competition. It takes one gold coin to qualify for the seven-night stay drawing. Contestants with fifteen coins are eligible to be entered for a twelve-night stay, and those with twenty coins could win twelve nights at SLH hotels and receive £1,000 in spending money too.
