Dining on the resort property includes five different choices in total. Both the Library and St. Regis Bar offer menus and the St. Regis Wine Room and Wine Vault offers light fare in a sophisticated, but casual atmosphere. The Terrace Grill offers sandwiches in a resort casual setting, with J&B Grill serving a variety of fare throughout the day.

Spa
Unique to the St. Regis Deer Crest, the spa offers a meditation patio with cascading waterfall and a stream that runs from the patio indoors to the spa lobby area. For added privacy, individual spa suites can be reserved to enjoy personal pampering or to include a companion for side-by-side treatments. Afterward relax on the private patio wrapped in a cashmere throw, sipping a glass of chilled champagne and enjoying the mountain views.

Ski
St. Regis Resort & Residences, Deer Crest is slope-side to the Deer Hollow ski run for effortless ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley's legendary 2,026 acres. Rated the number one ski resort in North America 2002, 2005, 2007 and 2008 by readers of SKI magazine, Deer Valley's impeccable service, renowned ski school and beautifully groomed runs have set the standard for the ski industry. A venue for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, skiers appreciate the 99 runs expertly cut down the fall line, 3000 vertical feet, luxurious day lodges featuring world-class dining and 22 strategically-placed chairlifts which give Deer Valley one of the highest uphill capacities in the country. The ski resort encompasses four mountains with a peak altitude of 9570 feet.

Meetings & Events
Weddings, celebrations, and business meetings may all be easily accommodated in the resort's lovely 2,814 square-foot ballroom or the unique 4,500 square-foot outdoor gathering space, beautifully tented and positioned to take advantage of sweeping views. More intimate meeting rooms are also available, including a fully wired and equipped 434 square-foot conference room, just off of the library adjacent to the main lobby. Guests may also book a 285 square-foot meeting room on an upper floor. All gatherings, large and small, are expertly coordinated and meticulously attended to by the St. Regis staff.
