Hotel Overview
In this fairytale city's most desirable location -- at the edge of the Vltava River, steps from the Charles Bridge -- discover a remarkably quiet enclave, immersed in vibrant Old Town. Interweaving centuries of architecture with tomorrow's technology, Four Seasons connects you to the most authentic Prague -- granting rare insider access and one-of-a-kind cultural discoveries.
Four Seasons Hotel Prague encompasses three historic structures -- from the Baroque, Neo-Classicist and Neo-Renaissance periods -- united by a new modern building. Interior décor is inspired by the various historical periods, infusing the Hotel with genuine Czech character.
The 161 guest rooms, including 20 suites, are among Prague's largest. The one-of-a-kind building concept creates a variety of guest room layouts, even within the same category.
Each features a Four Seasons marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub, separate glass shower and WC in a separate alcove. Technological comforts include flat-screen TVs and iPod connections, as well as wired and wireless high-speed Internet access.
Dining
At Allegro, guests enjoy views of the river and Prague Castle, and take advantage of ample outdoor terrace seating in season. Comfortable seating adjacent to a large wine display frames the north wall of the restaurant. At breakfast and lunch, the atmosphere is cosmopolitan and casual, with more elegant overtones in the evenings.
Allegro reflects the flavours of Italy in simple yet refined cuisine, superbly executed and served with flair. Breakfast serves up an à la carte menu, while lunch and dinner menus feature Italian, Mediterranean and classic Continental cuisine as well as Bohemian specialties -- the creations of Chef Andrea Accordi.
Recipient of the only Michelin star in the Czech Republic and in all of Central and Eastern Europe, Allegro also has the distinction of being named the best restaurant in the Czech Republic for 2006, 2007 and 2008 by Zagat Survey.
Allegro Restaurant has a capacity of 70; during fine weather, the riverside terrace seats an additional 40 outdoors. |
