Overlooking the breathtaking main gardens, swimming pool, and the old factory buildings, the Temozon Restaurant proposes a blend of regional and international cuisine. Most of the ingredients are organic and come from the gardens. Fresh-baked bread is "made at the hacienda" and fresh fish are brought in daily from the surrounding coastal villages.
