HOTEL OVERVIEW

The first and only resort in the Cayman Islands to grace the shores of the North Sound Lagoon, you will find every amenity on site including snorkelling and diving, personal watercraft, pools, hot tubs, huge beachfront sun terraces, restaurant and bar, world-class golf, concierge services and kids club...the list is endless!

Accommodations
The first phase of this beautiful resort comprises of 54 villas with oceanviews, located adjacent to The Links Championship Golf Course at Safehaven, Grand Cayman. The resort is built in a British-Caribbean style and includes a swimming pool, childrens pool, two large ocean front hot-tubs, tennis court, an air-conditioned restaurant & bar and a dive & watersports sundry shop. The large one and two bedroomed suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refridgerator and dishwasher. Bathrooms include twin sinks and a large jacuzzi tub with shower over. Phase 2 of the Ramada Grand Caymanian is completely under roof. The work on the interiors has begun and we are scheduled for occupancy in August 2009. Since becoming part of the Wyndham family of Resorts we have seen sharp increases in our reservations and we are excited bout the additional room inventory that's on the way. The second swimming pool is still on track to be completed by August when we complete the second phase. Construction on the second pool will start in the spring and there is no doubt that it will be a fabulous addition to this great resort.

Dining
The Ramada Grand Caymanian features a wonderful on-site restaurant called the Blue Iguana. The Blue Iguana offers a wide selection of local and international cuisine on its lunch and dinner menus all at very reasonable prices. They are making some Great improvements at the restaurant and just finished construction on a brand new pool bar! Now you can sit under the palm trees and enjoy your favorite cold beverage in the balmy Caribbean Breeze.

Golf
A visit to the North Sound Club is a must for any golfer in The Cayman Islands, whether a seasoned enthusiast or a ambitious novice. With its sun-drenched greens set against the stunning blues of the crystal clear North Sound and the Caribbean sky, the course design takes advantage of the prevailing ocean breeze and the abundance of water and sand.

Kids Club
A dedicated kids club with an on-site manger is available to all guests staying at the Grand Caymanian. Kids can get involved in the many organised activities and games, win some great prizes and learn about the islands in a happy, safe and controlled environment whilst parents take a well-earned break.
