Accommodations
Sheraton Santiago Hotel and Convention Center offers 379 guest rooms, including Club Floor rooms, suites, and elegantly decorated Classic rooms-all with spectacular views of the Andes or the city.

All rooms have been recently refashioned and are more comfortable and spacious than ever. Each is equipped with a 32" plasma TV, the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper(SM) Bed, laptop-sized safety deposit boxes, and High Speed Internet Access with plug and play connections.

Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d'oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Dining
Their restaurants and lounges are renowned in the local community. A wide variety of dining options allow international visitors to experience superior food and wine tasting with an outstanding level of service.

The gourmet El Cid Restaurant is considered one of the best in town. This award-winning restaurant features superb cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a refined á la carte menu. El Cid Restaurant offers a fresh, elegant look with new areas such a wooden deck with a wonderful view of the pool and gardens and a private area for group celebrations.

The seasonal outdoor restaurant, El Bohio, is open from mid-October until April. Located in the garden area next to the pool, it offers delicious grilled meats and fishes as well as a salad bar.

El Jardin Coffee Shop specializes in light dishes and Chilean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Meetings & Events
The Convention Center is the largest hotel meeting facility in the country, complete with state-of-the-art architecture and technology. Whether it's rearranging rooms or setting up a catered event in the pool or garden areas, your every wish will be fulfilled. Their Events Planning Department can arrange catered services to outside venues as well.

They will do whatever is necessary to accommodate your meeting of 10 to 1,500 or more. The capacity of their meeting facilities varies according to the meeting space set-up. All meeting rooms are handicap accessible and suitable restrooms are available.
