Walk north from the front door into the park for a walk through the Great Lawn-home to several free New York Philharmonic concerts each summer-and then circle along the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. Or head down Fifth Avenue, to toy giant FAO Schwarz, Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Harry Winston, and boutique department stores, Takashimaya and Henri Bendel. But shopping isn't all there is-upper Fifth Avenue is home to nine great museums' including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Guggenheim, with its well-known circular leitmotif.
