Everything about Al Ahsa InterContinental is dramatic, from its 16th-century castle design to its view of the world's largest palm oasis to its location on the edge of the Empty Quarter. The Med
The Med offers Mediterranean fare, Silk Road serves Asian cuisine and Al Bustan specializes in Lebanese. Café Elite does pastries and Al Maha is a quiet lobby lounge.

Silk Road
Marco Polo's famous voyages from Europe to China along the Silk Road inspired our fine dining restaurant's Asian décor as well as its exotic menu. Rich Indian and Chinese cuisine is prepared in the open kitchen and served at dinner nightly and at lunch on weekends. Among the chef's recommendations are the Chinese Spring Rolls, the Traditional Chicken Biryani and the Stir-Fried Chicken.

Al Bustan
At least one night should be reserved for dinner in Al Bustan. The Lebanese food is excellent, and the Oriental atmosphere, traditional tent ceiling and Arabic hollowware plates underline the authenticity. The à la carte menu offers favourites such as the Oriental Salad, the Shish Taouk, the Al Bustan Burger and, of course, the famous Lebanese Mezzeh. A lush garden is open for al fresco dining or enjoying the flavours of the hubbly-bubbly.

The InterFit Health Spa offers a gym, aerobics, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, hot and cold whirlpools, massages, hydrotherapy, facials and mud treatments.
