Borrowing its name from the 17th-century conservatories built to cultivate citrus fruits, Brighton's Orangerie is a palette of invigorating flavours and colours. The menu changes with the seasons to bring Chesapeake's freshest bounty to the table, which often includes rockfish, crabs, oysters, clams and scallops. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, and afternoon tea is a special addition on Fridays and Saturdays.

Safari-inspired décor sets an exotic tone in the Explorers Lounge, known to have the finest selection of single malt Scotches in the city. Also on the menu are rare cognacs, classic cocktails, wines by the glass and light fare for lunch, dinner and late-night snacks. An excellent choice of cigars, an unbeatable view of the harbour and the sounds of cool jazz complete the experience. Hemingway would approve.

Harbor Court offers its guests a beautifully landscaped rooftop health club with great city and harbor views. The health club is open Mon-Fri, 5:30am-9:30pm, Saturday, 8am-9:30pm, and Sunday, 8am-8pm. The pool closes 30 minutes prior to club closing.
