Nobhill brings Pier 39 to the Las Vegas Strip as Chef Michael Mina imports only organic produce and poultry direct from San Francisco. Prefer meat and potatoes? Not to worry, award-winning chef Tom Colicchio serves up a fine cut of Kobe Beef at Craftsteak.
