There will be 148 rooms and suites, along with 27 residences for extended stays, each offering views over the cityscape, Mekong River, and landmarks like the Royal Palace, National Museum, and Central Market in the distance. On-site will be a bistro, lobby lounge, two specialty restaurants, sky bar terrace, Sense spa with five treatment rooms, 65-foot pool on the 33rd floor, and state-of-the-art gym, as well as meeting facilities all designed in by Indonesia-based Jaya International and Japan-based Bond Design Studio in accordance with Rosewood’s ‘A Sense of Place’ philosophy.
