The city of Enshi, in central China’s Hubei province, is about to get its first five-star hotel. Mövenpick Hotel Enshi is located near the city's bustling business district and close enough to the countryside to afford beautiful views from its 14 floors. With a bold contemporary design, the 240 guestrooms and 27 suites will use a modern approach to its décor with elements that reflect the local culture. At its restaurants, guests can enjoy authentic cuisines like Cantonese dishes, Swiss specialties, Italian pastas or French desserts. The opening of Enshi will be part of the brand’s 40th anniversary celebration and is the first of four hotels that will be opened by 2015 including resorts in Sanya, Mongolia and Shanghai.
