Starwood's Luxury Collection portfolio is expanding into the Ukraine with the new acquisition of the Bristol Hotel Odessa. The five-star hotel will give travelers to the historic seaside destination a taste of the latest in luxury hospitality. With this new hotel, Starwood's Luxury Collection makes more strides in keeping its goal to surpass 100 hotels in the next five years. Designed by Alexander Bernardazzi and Adolf Minkus, the new hotel will feature 112 rooms with renaissance and baroque architectural styles. Located on the famous sycamore-lined cobblestone Pushkinskaya Street, it will also hold a restaurant and destination bar.
"We are delighted to partner with L.A.R.K. and Bristol-Krasnaya as we introduce The Luxury Collection brand into an emerging destination such as Ukraine, further strengthening Starwood's position as the world's leader in luxury hospitality," commented Michael Wale, President, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Europe, Africa & Middle East.
