aria, the spacious restaurant in Millennium Park's Fairmont Chicago, has announced a new menu design incorporating American and Asian cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the new aria menu serves up Brioche French Toast, a Green City Market Frittata, Spicy Peking Duck Dumplings with Cucumber Cilantro Salad, Jerusalem Artichoke and Leek Soup, Grilled Swordfish, Sushi or Wild Mushroom Ragout. Dessert is not to be skipped with treats that include Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. The restaurant is decorated in warm tones with rich imported woods, creating a serene and elegant aesthetic. Tabletops are made from 100 percent recycled concrete and glass resembling granite. In order to create an eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable dining experience, minimal table settings are used in collaboration with recycled materials.
