The St. Regis Aspen Resort Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE has announced a very special event sure to draw food loving adventurers from around the world. In March, the St. Regis Aspen Resort Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE will host appearances by two extraordinary Michelin-starred guest chefs: Chefs Cyril Lignac and Mathieu Pacaud. The visiting Parisian chefs wil each host a select number of dinners at the restaurant to showcase their individual takes on French food. Both chefs culinary efforts will be accompanied by wine pairings by some of the finest French winemakers, chosen by Sommelier LeeAnn Kaufman.
