Travel+Leisure, a leading luxury travel magazine published in the United States, has named Adare Manor named a “Top 500 Hotel on the World” for ten consecutive years. The estate, through which flows the River Maigue, features an exquisite French formal garden, including the oldest Cedar of Lebanon tree in the British Isles dating, to 1645. The grounds are also decorated with ancient stone monuments, and a spacious Victorian Walled Garden.
Inside are sumptuously appointed staterooms, bedroom chambers & suites, as well as the original carved oak-paneled dining room. The property boasts a library containing books original to the estate, and the extraordinary Minstrel’s Gallery, one of Ireland’s grandest ballrooms. "This is such an honor for us at Adare Manor,” said Anita Higgins, general manager. “To be named one of the world’s best hotels for a decade is a wonderful endorsement from the people most important to us - our customers. I’m extremely proud of Adare Manor and of our hospitality team here, and how each day we strive to make a difference in the lives of our guests.”
