SĒR Steak+Spirits at the Hilton Anatole hosts 90/10, a special dinner featuring 90+ rated wines and 10+ rated Wagyu beef, on February 1 at 7 p.m. The five-course meal prepared by Chef Anthony Van Camp features special cuts of Wagyu beef from the Masami Ranch in California. Considered the best beef available outside the Kobe region of Japan, Masami beef is the only certified, domestic Wagyu beef to rank 10+ on the 12-point Japanese Beef Marble Score system. And each cut of Masami beef is hand-selected and aged by Halperns Steak and Seafood. The menu will also feature an assortment of 90+-rated wines, including Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon, selected by SĒRs Director of Wine, Russell Burkett.
