Conrad New York Offers New EPICURATED Culinary Program

Planning an event in New York? The Conrad New York is rapidly becoming the place to party and has introduced their EPICURATED Culinary Program to seal deal. In partnership with the award-winning chefs of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, Epicurated is a new program that gives event clients and their guests access to the flavors and experiences of some of New York’s most influential restaurants, including Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, Tabla, Blue Smoke, The Modern and Maialino, all in the beautiful setting of The Conrad New York.

At the Conrad, EPICURATED clients take their pick of special seasonal menus, such as the new Fall and Winter menu, inspired by each restaurant's unique flavors and experiences. From Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern for instance, try seasonal canapés such as Smoked beef kielbasa and whole grain mustard or House-brined country ham and Vermont Cheddar Cheese. Or, try a first course of Red kuri squash soup, Brussels sprouts and apples and a second course of Red snapper, toasted green wheat and kabocha squash sauce. On special occasions, chefs may make personal appearances and interact with clients and their guests at EPICURATED catered events.
