The Holiday on the Avenue promotion by The James Chicago hotel provides guests the opportunity to experience luxury shopping on Chicago’s heralded Magnificent Mile during their stay at the hotel. Best available rates on all guestrooms and suites are available through December 30, 2012. The deluxe hotel also features a temporary pop-up shop, Cup o’ Jove, where guests and others can drop in and partake in the specially prepared treats prepared by the hotel restaurant’s pastry chef, Jove Hubbard. Jove’s delectable creations include hot milk chocolate with pumpkin, spiced marshmallows and Ceylon cinnamon caramel, and mocha hot chocolate with Bailey’s whipped cream and chocolate-covered espresso beans. Cup o’ Jove will be located at the entrance of the hotel’s J Bar. It will be open from November 23 through December 21.
