Private luxury travel specialist Quintess Collection has increased its portfolio of luxury residences around the world by 33 percent this year. The company boasts more than 170 premium properties for its members. Aspen, Buenos Aires, Cannes, India, London, Los Cabos, Maui, New York, New Zealand, Paris, South Africa, and Tuscany are some of the exotic locations available. “This has been a banner year in the club’s progression and evolution,” said Pete Estler, founder and CEO of Club Holdings, the parent company of The Quintess Collection. “We’ve been able to enhance the value of membership in The Quintess Collection by offering the most exceptional range of homes and destinations than at any time in our history.”
Mr. Estler further stated that the company’s goal is to offer its members residences in more than 100 destinations by 2014. The club offers three types of plans for membership: Quintess, Quintess Beyond, and Quintess Adventures. Quintess residences are the heart of the luxury home portfolio. These properties are owned or managed by the Club to ensure its world-class standards. The average residence has a value approximating $4 million. Quintess Beyond residences are luxury properties that include all the Tour Club golf properties. Members also have access to the world’s finest resorts, such as Pelican Hill, Tucker’s Point, and the Sonoma Mission Inn. Onsite member services are provided through partners via Quintess’ proprietary Collective iQ platform. Quintess Adventures are unique experiences crafted by in-house experts in close partnership with world-class travel providers. Personalized one-of-a-kind vacations packages are updated on an ongoing basis.
