On Thursday, October 18, 2012, The Setai, Miami Beach hosted an exclusive event showcasing a collection of Château Cos d’Estournel wines, selected by Chief Sommelier Daniel Toral and paired with a five-course dinner menu from Executive Chef Mathias Gervais. The special event offered gourmet diners the opportunity to enjoy French wines accompanied by a menu that includes luxurious dishes such as Foie Gras Au Torchon, Nantucket Bay Scallops, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Baked Cheese ‘Les Clarines,’ and The Vacherin.
