Knowing that the travel time from plane to hotel can seem interminable for business travelers, the Four Seasons has introduced new technology solutions to help stay connected. At Four Seasons locations around the world, the luxury hotel chain offers complimentary Wi-Fi connections in all house cars and contracted limo services and some cars may also feature iPads offering hotel information such as dining and spa menus, and multi-adapter device chargers. Other innovations from the brand include complimentary Wi-Fi in guestrooms and Skype check-in from the car at some locations, enabling passengers to grab the key and go once they arrive at the hotel. "Four Seasons has always anticipated the needs of business travelers," says Chris Hunsberger, executive vice president, product and innovation at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. "Just as our hotels have always been like a home away from home for business travelers, it's an office away from the office. As we continue to introduce new innovations, we're taking that service approach beyond the hotel itself and into our house cars and limos, helping our guests maximize their productivity from the moment they leave the airport—and even while they move around town."
