With the economy looking ever closer to fully rebounding from the almost decade-long slump it has been in, there are some interesting housing developments and hotels in Los Angeles that will be interesting to watch as they get closer to opening (or have been open a while). Their success or failure could be Los Angeles’ groundhog, if you will.
